Blood testing
This private (paid for) service is provided by our trained staff. The small venous or capillary blood sample is sent away to our partnering lab for results, so if you are worried about any of the following health conditions - cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, or heart we can help you to check. Chickenpox - vaccination
The chickenpox (varicella) vaccine is a series of two shots that can protect nearly everyone from contracting chickenpox. The first should be given at the age of 12-18 months and the second shot should be given between 4-6 years of age. Older children and adults should have two shots as well, with the second shot occurring at least 28 days after the first.
Condom Supply
The C-card scheme gives young people quick and easy access to condoms. It also offers a safe environment where it is easy to seek advice and information about sexual health topics and relationships. C-card is a free and confidential service for people under a certain age (please check with the pharmacy). You don’t even need to be sexually active. Ear Wax Removal
This is a private (paid for) service. Do you have problems with excess ear wax, an ear wax build up or blockage? Ear blockages can be painful, uncomfortable and even make it hard to hear. Typically, the main causes of ear blockages is the build up of ear wax. Ear wax is perfectly natural, but it is often uncomfortable and even painful when impacted. If this does happen, there are several over the counter products designed to help soften ear wax and are often successful, however, for the times that the products don’t clear the problem, opt for our professional Ear Wax Removal Service. The price of removing ear wax from one or both ears is £50. Please ensure you have been using ear drops to soften the wax before your appointment to ensure successful removal.

The Gluten Free Food Service allows patients to self-manage their gluten free prescriptions with the assistance of their community pharmacy. Patients eligible for the service will be identified by their GP and referred to their pharmacy for care.
